Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and create service ticket in dispatch software.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and collections - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
