Work Schedule:
Hours will vary but typically fall 5:
30 p.
m.

Weekend work is typically required and is scheduled on an as needed basis.
Job
Summary:
Primary responsibility is to Assist with staffing responsibilities including scheduling position assignments, verification of startup employee placements and all changes or transfers during the shift.
Acts as timekeeper for department.
Performs clerical duties and physical inventory counts and item verifications.
Qualifications:
High school plus additional training preferred.
Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions.
Good written and verbal English communication skills needed, some conversational Spanish ability a plus.
Ability to keep accurate and detailed records.
Basic personal computer skills, with knowledge of standard business software.
Certified forklift operator.
Valid NC driver's license with good driving record required.
Work environment/Physical Requirements:
Reaching, standing, grasping, talking, hearing.
The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
viewing a computer terminal and visual inspection of labels to confirming UPC accuracy.
Light work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is related for light work.
Splits time between office, production line and warehouse environments.
Usual office working conditions.
Plant and warehouse are inside, subject to some seasonal temperature variations.
Industrial high speed production equipment throughout and steady forklift traffic.
Earplugs required in plant because of irritating machinery noise.
Head cover and beard cover required in plant.
Steel-toed shoes required As part of our normal hiring process we will conduct the following:
drug screen, criminal background check, reference check, and employment history verification.
Failure to successfully complete any of these will result in the offer of employment being withdrawn.
All hires are subject to verification of Social Security Number and immigration status through our onboarding process.
